Canada Day Countdown Contest - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1. The Canada Day Countdown Contest ("Contest") is open to residents of Ontario, Canada, aged 19 years or older, excluding employees and immediate family members of Car Nation Canada, and any affiliates or partners associated with the Contest.

Contest Period:

1. The Contest begins on June 1st, 2024, and ends on June 30th, 2024 ("Contest Period").
2. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on June 30th, 2024.

How to Enter:

1. Participants can enter the Contest by completing the following steps:
   • Fill out the entry form provided on the Car Nation Canada and family of dealerships websites.
   • Share the contest with friends on social media.
   • Like and follow Car Nation Canada and family of dealership's social media pages.
   • Tag a friend in the comments of the contest post on social media.
2. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Prize:

1. The winner will receive an EXPERT GRILL 5-Burner Gas / Griddle Combo Grill.
2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
3. Car Nation Canada and its family of dealerships reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection:

1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
2. The winner will be announced during the week of July 1st, 2024, on Car Nation Canada and family of dealership's's website and social media pages.
3. The winner will be contacted directly via the contact information provided on the entry form.

General Terms:

1. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Contest.
2. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
3. Car Nation Canada and family of dealership's reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or violate any of the Contest rules.
4. Car Nation Canada and family of dealership's reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time.

Release and Limitation of Liability:

1. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Car Nation Canada and family of dealership's, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or use of the prize.

Privacy:

1. Information collected during the Contest will be used in accordance with Car Nation Canada's privacy policy.
2. By entering the Contest, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Governing Law:

1. The Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Car Nation Canada and family of dealership's reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through Car Nation Canada and family of dealership's website and social media pages.
