March Madness $500 Visa Prepaid Card Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1. The March Madness $500 Visa Prepaid Card Giveaway ("Contest") is open to residents of Ontario, aged 19 years or older, excluding employees and immediate family members of Car Nation Canada and its family of dealerships, and any affiliates or partners associated with the Contest.

Contest Period:

1. The Contest begins on March 1st, 2024, and ends on March 31st, 2024 ("Contest Period"). All entries must be received by March 31st, 2024.

How to Enter:

1. Participants can enter the Contest by completing the entry form available on Car Nation Canada and its family of dealerships.
2. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Winner Selection:

1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
2. The winner will be announced within 1 week of the contest ending period through Car Nation Canada and its family of dealerships' social media pages.
3. The winner will be contacted directly via the contact information provided in the entry form.

Prize:

1. The winner will receive a $500 Visa Prepaid Card.

General Terms:

1. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Contest.
2. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
3. Car Nation Canada and its family of dealerships reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or violate any of the Contest rules.
4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
5. Car Nation Canada and its family of dealerships reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time.

Release and Limitation of Liability:

1. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Car Nation Canada and its family of dealerships, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or use of the prize.

Privacy:

1. Information collected during the Contest will be used in accordance with Car Nation Canada and its family of dealerships.
2. By entering the Contest, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Governing Law:

1. The Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
