Terms and Conditions for the Mackenzie Entwistle Jersey Giveaway

1. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Car Nation Canada Dealerships, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

  • Participants must complete the entry form provided during the promotional period.
  • Limit of one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Promotional Period

  • The giveaway begins on November 24th 12 am EST 2024 and ends on November 30th, at 11:59 PM EST 2024.

4. Prize

  • One (1) autographed Mackenzie Entwistle Chicago Blackhawks jersey.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

5. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will be conducted on the week of December 2nd, 2024.
  • The winner will be contacted by email or phone within 5 business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 1 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. Publicity

  • By entering, the winner consents to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected for the purposes of this giveaway will be used solely for administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties.
